By using Gridarium you accept these terms. The service offers daily puzzles for your own enjoyment and practice.
1.What the service is
Gridarium offers a daily puzzle in several games (Sudoku, Five Letters, Word Search, Nonogram, Categories, Mental Math, Pairs and Mini Crossword), extra puzzles to play freely, a streak, rewards, statistics and guides. Gridarium is an independent service.
2.Acceptable use
You agree to use the service fairly, lawfully, and without harming its security, availability or integrity. You may not copy the puzzles or the content in bulk, or use automated tools to play or to collect them.
3.Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or buy Premium. You do not need an account to play.
4.Content and results
The puzzles are made for enjoyment and practice. Streaks, levels, badges and friends rankings are recorded by the app on your own device or account, are indicative, and are not checked by anyone.
5.Premium and payment
The puzzle of the day, in every game, is free for everybody. Premium is a paid plan that adds what the pricing page lists. It is a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown on the pricing page, processed by our payment provider Stripe. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We never receive or keep your card number.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the customer portal: Premium then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account goes back to the free plan.
You can ask us to cancel your Premium access at any time. We then refund the part you have not used, calculated in proportion to the days left on the date of your request. To ask, write to support@gridarium.com.
6.Limitation of liability
Gridarium is provided as a leisure service and we work to keep it good. We cannot promise it is free of every error or always available, nor that any result or streak will be kept without fault.
7.Availability of the service
The service may be changed, suspended or improved at any time to keep it working, safe and good.
8.Intellectual property
The content of the site, including puzzles, word lists, clues, guides, design and structure, is protected. Reproducing or distributing it without permission is not allowed.
9.Personal information
Using the service is also subject to the privacy policy, which describes what we collect, why and how it is protected.
